Room was a good size and bed was comfortable. Location is great! Only issue is that it took us a bit to find the hotel. There are no signs on the outside of the building.

We were very fortunate to get a room with an unbelievable view of Lake Como. The room was surrounded by windows on 3 out of the 4 walls. Right accross the street was the harbour for all the boats & lots of great restaurants in the area.

Our stay was great here. The room was neat and tidy. We loved the little balcony off of our room and the shared bigger one as well. The hot tub was not warm but this might be normal for Italy. The main entrance is difficult To find the first time so better directions/picture may help. After that it was easy each time. Great central location also.

The check in process was great, Abdala helped us with our luggage and checked us in quickly. Upon arrival, the AC felt amazing, the room was clean, great views of lake, and great location. During our stay they swapped towels and made our bed. There aren’t any amenities or breakfast available.

Propiedad muy bien ubicada pero con un acceso incómodo porque tuvimos que subir escaleras muy angostas con maletas y no cuanta con servicio de ayuda . El aire acondicionado también fue insuficiente para enfriar toda el área y pasamos calor dentro.

Charming room with peekaboo view of lake. Juliette was super helpful, and made our stay very nice. There is a small kitchen that could use a little updating and more things like plates, etc. Terrace was nice, but the foliage blocked the beautiful view of the lake. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and location was perfect.

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is right on the lake. The room we had faced the lake with beautiful views from 3 sides of the room. Monica is a lovely person who I enjoyed meeting. It is centrally located for making reservations for boat rides and it is a 5 minute walk along the lake to the train station where you can take a train to the top of Lake Como and see the Swiss Alps. The restaurants are all within walking distance. The food was excellent and the service was very good. I highly recommend this place.

There were definitely some quirks to the property. There was water on the floor after using both the bath and the shower, and they did not have extra pillows on the property. The attendants were kind and helpful but not always around. If you’re used to front desk service, this may not be your place. However, for savvy travelers who want a huge room, centrally located, with a view that can’t be beat- this is it!
