"The staff was excellent. Everyone was respectful, courteous, ready and available to help you. The hotel grounds and the swimmimg pools were kept clean. The room was surprisingly large which included the restroom, livingroom, a very compfy bed with 4 soft pillows, and 2 televisions. We would definitely return on our next vacation."
"Las Hadas by Brisas exceeded all our expectatuons. Beautiful property and lovely staff. The Mexican street fair was amazing!! The beach and water were a highlight. I highly recomend this property. "
"This place is a trap.
The pictures do not represent the state of the facility at all. There is no palapa in the common area. the place is run down and falling apart. There is no AC in the rooms. There is no wifi in the rooms. I stayed here for 4 of the 6 nights that I booked, and told myself that I enjoy camping and this was a step above camping.
Then a storm came through and I had water pouring into my room in all areas of my room.
This feels like an abandoned hotel that someone found a way to get power to, and started renting rooms out.
The lady at the front desk and the maintenance guy were very pleasant. They did call the owner for me and the owner made zero effort to make this right.
I also reached out to Hotels.com and they offered zero help or support. I asked them to investigate the place and I do not get the impression that they will.
The view is amazing if you get an ocean front room. Bring a tent to set up and your cleaning supplies though. The pictures don't do it justice of how bad this place is. I wish I could post the videos I took. "
