Let me start by talking about Debbie—she made our stay incredibly pleasant, safe, entertaining, and refreshing. From the complimentary breakfast with giant muffins to the free still and sparkling water, high-speed WiFi, laundry services, so many books to read, walk in closet, spacious shower & a slick tub, a beautiful swimming pool, and well-ventilated spaces, AC, the incredible view—it was truly an exceptional experience. "Our stay at Whale Coast Ocean Villa was fabulous! This is the perfect place for exploring the Hermanus Cliff Walk and Grotto Beach. It is beautifully decorated, the breakfast was amazing, the staff warm and welcoming. Our stay was too short. Hope to visit again soon."

"The hotel suffers an identity crisis. It positions itself as holiday resort but is actually mode a conference/events centre. Very noisy and not so classy neighbours disturbed our afternoon rest as well as late night sleep. I pity anyone who thought they could relax there in the evening because there were two noisy disco booming functions till midnight. The old world charm is no longer for this destination."
