「Really everything was perfect. It's a lovely old home skillfully converted to a Bed and Breakfast. Each room has its own private bath and temperature control. Parking is limited, but very handy. Not a negative, but just so you know - light breakfast is available in the kitchen, but is completely self-serve. If you're expecting the host to be there making eggs, don't. :-)」

「This place stinks like smoke, even though they don't allow smoking. The room was in terrible condition. The bottom of the bathroom door was all chipped. The bathtub looked to be about 40 years old. There were a group of guys right above me with a table full of of liquor outside their door. They were laughing, talking very loudly, and smoking. Oh, and don't forget the complimentary poop 💩 on the toilet!! I should have run away screaming when I walked into the office and the guy was behind what...

「Was not what we expected. Requested a downstairs room and a king bed. Was told it was more costly, although there was only 1 other car there the entire time. The upstairs room we were given had only a double bed, was told it was a queen. 」

「The rooms are fine but in the two trips here, the rooms had hooks pulling out of the walls. No wall anchors. Breakfasts are lacking variety but ok.」

「Great, historical place to stay when in Lynchburg, TN. The people that run it now were very nice and gave us fresh eggs from the chickens that roam the property. We stayed in the carriage house and it was exactly as advertised. Look forward to staying there again in the future. 」
