「Good points: the flat is massive and has lots of space as well as ample on road parking. The area is quiet and safe. It's mostly clean and tidy although could do with a clean behind beds etc. The bad points - the main bedroom curtains are paper thin so light comes in early. The noise insulation between upstairs and the flat isn't great. The bath plughole needs replacing as it's impossible to remove without using a knife to slide it out. The TV is on its way out as watching anything remotely dark...

「Owner met us at the property , she is so friendly and helpful. She gave us ideas where to go and lives nearby if you do need anything. Easter cakes and chocolate had been left for us together with milk for that first all important cuppa. The cottage was immaculately clean Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and hot water Beautiful setting in a small village with a homely pub across the road that does great food 」

「Double room with nice views of the sea and Little Orme. We’ve stayed here a few times, and recommend booking a sea or Orme view at the front. Bathroom was small, and with a shower over the bath. Would prefer walk in shower as my 81 year old hubby has recently had an artificial knee. Nice selection of shampoos, conditioners etc. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, with the usual menu of a J W Lees pub/hotel. Plenty of parking…just make sure you fill in your registration details at...

「Great welcome to the property and given advice on offers of where to eat. Room was spacious, outlook was onto car park but we don’t spend much time in there and hadn’t booked a sea view so that was fine. We were given a pass for parking. Short walk to theatre. Nathan is a lovely host, couldn’t have been made more welcome. Well done to him running the B & B on his own.」

「The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. 」

「Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have...

「Great hotel, huge bedrooms, lots of social space. Plenty of areas in spa so never felt crowded, breakfast small in comparison to others i’ve had but it was fine. 」

「I didn't have a beach view from my room. But the property is just across the street from the beach. The amenities are basic but the staff are excellent. Will highly recommend for the staff are friendly!」
