The resort is beautiful. Was so nice to relax and use the pool and room service. The music outside the room however played all day and into the night - it was loud and repetitive lift music that did not aid in relaxation. The spa was amazing! Reception tried to charge us 2500 rupees for a taxi to the airport, when the standard is 1200 rupees.

Soul Vacations experience Dec 2022
Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant staff were serving with a smile. Surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. Pool and surroundings were well maintained and clean. The staff was very attentive, courteous, and always ready to help. Colva beach is a five minute walk away. This is an excellent place to stay. The only negative experiences we had were with mosquitoes and when the air-conditioning stopped working half way during our stay and couldn't be repaired. Thankfully the fan was working so we could manage the unusually hot weather. The spray/fogging that the hotel carries out is not sufficient to eliminate the mosquitoes. We did not use the Spa or Ayurveda facilities so I cannot comment on them.

Disappointing stay in Goa
Very disappointing for our holidays in Goa. The room was horrible, the water from commode was leaking. After complaints also the reception doesn’t like to change the room. The front desk person was lying no room available. But I found nearby room empty, after letting know the front desk person was hesitating to give the room. As I complained to Hotels.com virtually and in fact I told them I have no options but to leave the hotel. Finally we just moved to the other room which was relatively better. Nothing is good, we went to the restaurant on first night was full of mosquitoes. The overs conditions of the property is old and not at all good.

Chill Out In Monsoon
Nice relaxing location and raw with it. This is South Goa and the surrounding area reflect this. People are friendly enough and the beach is nice too.

Siisteys on perustasoa, palvelutaso hyvä, hotellissa on palveluja mm. hieroja, sijainti on hyvä, ranta lähellä. Kannattaa varata Luxury -huone, sillä perustason huoneet ovat aika alkeellisia. Alakerroksissa WIFI toimii erittäin heikosti. Äänekäs ilmastointilaite. Tappelevat koirat herättävät yöllä. Suihkutilat ja hanat alkeellisia ym.

One of the worst place I ever been.
Hotels on this area are highly overvalued so when I book this one because high reviews (must come from peoples who don't have been many places to compare). This is worst place I ever been on the price requested. Everything are so outdated ,bed sheets and towels have stains, pool water is hazy, breakfast poor, wifi really poor in room, mosquitos (repellent in room don't seem to be effective), TV picture quality really poor. Surrounding area is waste yard and sea water dirty. Difference between standard and better rooms is only size and amount on outdated furnitures.

Soul vacation resort Colva
Excellent location close to beach but not on the main road. Staff at hotel excellent in every aspect and couldn’t be more helpful. A tranquil,peaceful escape from the chaos of India. Rooms immaculate with clean sheets and towels everyday. Overall an excellent place to stay if visiting Colva.

Great place to stay.
Second time staying here staff was extremely helpful with a slight issue we was having with our wifi connection and moved us to another room where we could get a better connection. It's locally central with 2 minutes walk from the beach. I recommend the luxury room over the deluxe , we stayed in both but found this one more spacious and comfortable.

Surprise - here I will give my soul a vacation
I was surprised when entering the hotel, surely I will give my soul a vacation here - was my first thought. My room was spacious, lovely interieur and bright. The bathroom was accessed by wing door, warm marmor/sandstone was the main material, acompanyied by modern mountings. The rainfall shower back from the beach or the pool...herrlich! Towels and roomservice daily. The menu of the hotels restaurant gave an insight into local cuisine, but shurely one will visit some of the nearby restaurants and places. Bar and restaurant open till 23.oo, after that was nachtruhe - time for relaxing the soul. Strengthen it up again with a breakfast, for me personaly not before 9.oo ;) It took me only 10 minutes walk accessing the beach, and there are many, and very beautiful ones there, more appreciable then the North Goans to me. The hotel staff was very pleased to be in assistance: describing me the way to the local post office, arranging a tour with a riksha or my airport dropoff havent been a problem for them.

Mine forældre og jeg bookede netop dette hotel, fordi det ikke var så stort. Da vi bookede var det af en eller anden grund billigere med et værelse, som både inkluderede morgenmad og et måltid derudover (aften eller frokost), end et værelse kun med morgenmad og vi tænkte, at det måske var meget rart at have muligheden for at spise der, hvis vi havde været ude hele dagen. Men vi endte faktisk med at spise der næsten alle aftener (vi boede der 10 dage i alt), da maden var virkelig god. Service-oplevelsen på hotellet overgik også vores forventninger, alle ansatte var så søde, snaksalige og opmærksomme. Vi snakkede især meget med dem der arbejdede i restauranten, som fortalte om Indiens madkultur og landet generelt (det var vores første gang i Indien). Vi var der inden højsæsonen for alvor gik i gang, hvilket selvfølgelig også betød at de havde lidt mere tid til de enkelte gæster. Det afhænger selvfølgelig af hvor meget man selv, som gæst, har lyst til at involvere sig og snakke, men det er i hvertfald noget som vi gerne vil og værdsætter. Værelserne er pæne og rene, og stemningen er meget afslappet, grundet hotellets størrelse. Herudover er hotellets spa helt fantastisk, det er nogle virkelig dygtige behandlere der arbejder der. Alt i alt et ophold, som var de perfekte rammer for vores ferie.

Nice and Comfortable Resort
We stayed at the Soul Vacation Resort for 3 nights. All staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful. Room is big and clean. We have a comfortable stay. Money worth and highly recommend.

Check-in war zügig. Zimmer schön,wahrscheinlich neu renoviert. Grosse Fenster, leider konnte man die Vorhänge nicht aufmachen da jeder reinschauen konnte der im Hotel ein und aus geht. Somit war die Aussicht der Vorhang. Der Frühstücksraum war eine mittler Katastrophe . Die Tische wurden nicht sauber geputzt und das Buffet war furchtbar anzuschauen. Die Tücher waren voller Kaffeeflecken nichts geputzt. Köche und Service waren sehr freundlich. Haben superfeine Dosa‘s gegessen. Pool war gemütlich in Palmen eingebettet und wir hatten immer Liegen da nicht mehr so viele Gäste da waren. Wenn das Hotel voll ist, könnte es schwierig werden. Ceck-out mühsam...wollten unbedingt was von der mini Bar berechen, was wir nicht hatten.

Great place to relax and unwind with 5star service
The service at Soul was truly exceptional! All of the staff was super super nice and helpful and went out of the way to accommodate us. The only thing we didn't enjoy was the food. The breakfast and also other meals that we had: the food quality and taste was very poor. The spa was really good: they have a limited list of services but they are done well and are well priced. I did get some skin irritation after the full body scrub so would be good if they had used better quality products but overall would definitely go back. Also wi-fi did not work for our entire stay and there was very poor network where our rooms were so that definitely needs improvement.

Excellent stay at Hotel
I have had an excellent time at Soul Vacation hotel. All the staff where very friendly and helpful, at times they went above and beyond what is expected of them. The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The food was exceptional, highly recommended was the Red Snapper, which is fresh.

Worst Nightmare - Hard to find the hotel.
The hotel is hard to find and when we finally reached the hotel the staff ran away saying that we need to call a number to check in. When we called the phone number no one picked up the phone. After an hour we looked for another hotel and checked ourselves in. Went back the next day and the same thing happened. Will never recommend this to anyone.

Average hotel. Many better options available arou
We enjoyed Goa very much but the property is not upto par. The rooms have mould and bacteria and is highly avoidable for sensitive people and kids especially. They smell very badly and the management knows this. They spray a large amount of room fresher to hide this smell. The rooms are old, run down and lack comfort. For the price paid we expected much much more. The location is inconvenient and not at all close to any nice beach. I would personally never stay with them again and choose a better place for the same price. Yosef Gal Israel
