We had a two night, two room reservation through Expedia. When we got to the hotel the front desk attending, rudely informed me that they had overbooked the hotel and that since we booked through Expedia the cancelled our reservation and sent us a message through Expedia. The message, which we didn’t see since we were traveling was sent 3 hrs prior to the scheduled check in time. The attendant at the front desk informed us that they have rooms at the adjoining hotel but that she would not honor the same price we had reserved for our original reservation and would not put us in touch with the manager. We then contacted Expedia via chat and the agent was no help. Didn’t offer to help us find another hotel or anything. I have never had such bad service from Expedia. I expect it from Hotels.com but until this experience Expedia had been helpful. We were told we would hear back from Expedia and two days later still nothing. I would never use this hotel and am questioning the benefits of expedia at this moment too.

Great place stay for casino or live racing. We watched the races from the hotel patio and walked through the walkway to bet. We had our own drinks and grilled steak with their huge gas grill.

Hotel is clean. Has a lot of issues for a new hotel. One of the check in ladies is not pleasant by any means. She’s borderline rude. Pretty sure it’s just her personality l.

The stay was good. The bed and pillows were great! The layout of the room was very efficient and loved the use of space. The breakfast left lots to be desired. Breakfast was cold and very little was offered during the week. The options for topping for yogurt or waffles was great though. I gathered all the items I enjoyed and made a snack mix each day we were there. That was great. I was also impressed with their SF syrup option, appreciated that.

Traveling for baseball. We booked our room 3 weeks in advance only to arrive and be told they overbooked, so they changed us to a king room instead, which did not accommodate ourselves and our kids. They also cancelled a teammates room as well with no notice until they tried to check in bc they ‘overbooked’. Leaving them stranded looking for a hotel at 8pm at night. Another teammates shower would not turn on and they couldn’t reach anyone to help. The next morning when trying to leaving the door in our room would not unlock. Luckily my husband was able to get it open. Don’t plan on staying again as the staff and management were very rude. We tried to talk to them, as I was just curious what our rate was for the room since it changed. They workers hid from us in the office so they didn’t have to talk to us. I just had a simple question. They also hid from some other families on our team when they just tried to ask a question or needed help. Oh the pool and a door to the patio wouldn’t open either so we had to knock until someone else let you in. Also there was no breakfast left when I came down at 9am. Honestly I wasn’t surprised.

This experiment was not good. After checking in, the front desk lady handed me my key and said “the elevators are down” carried everything up to the room. The room had never been cleaned. Went back down with everything. Got a different room. Carried everything up. AC’s weren’t working as the entire hotel was having power issues. Hence the elevators not working. The front desk lady at check in is pretty rude. Nothing pleasant about any experience with her as she acts like having a job is an inconvenience on her existence. Breakfast is really good and the lady that handles that is awesome.
