We couldn’t stay. They had roaches. The guy at the front desk was nice and he tried to help by getting us a different room, but there were still bugs. We left and ended up driving straight home Chicago to NC. Over 12 hours… very exhausting.

We received the wrong room (2 full vs king bed we booked), room smelled gross, and we found roaches. We left an hour after checking in because it was so gross. And dealing with Expedia to get a refund is like pulling teeth. Save yourself the time and sanity and book a different room

The pics do not match the rooms. My room had patches in drywall stains on both comforters, hair in shower and bathroom floor, rubber band holding remote together, ants crawling on TV stand. I killed 1 cockroach in front of bed. No breakfast and homeless people all outside wandering the lot

I tried to give a better rating but I can’t. The room smelled, no hair dryer, shower didn’t work, found a water bottle in the storage bin, roaches, dirty, found hairs in the bathroom.. I mean I could just keep going but I will leave it like that. Did not expect what I went through all I know is I will not be staying here anymore in the future.

The entire property is dirty. It looks as though it was a private owner and then became a Wyndham hotel. There are no amenities outside of a fridge, microwave and a hair dryer. They advertise a pool and breakfast on the electronic sign out front but they don't exist. Room was dirty with all kinds of items from previous tenants. Bottle caps, candy wrappers, gummy bear bags. TV had no remote so it was unusable. They had no replacement. It was a bed and a shower which I guess is what we needed.

It was filthy. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling, trash on the floor, it was hot and no knobs on the air conditioner, and just plain nasty.

The jacuzzi was filthy. My husband spent hours cleaning it, and after a day it was still filthy. We didnt get our rooms cleaned daily - whenever I asked for more towels they said I had to wait until a certain time - at the certain time I still never received towels. No hand wash. No ice bucket or cups. I spent $400 for 2 days, definitely not worth.

Awful. Do not stay here. It's right by the projects, the room was dirty and we had bugs crawling on us as we were trying to sleep. The room smelled musty, we had 3 guests and they provided 1 single towel, and only 1 of the beds had pillowcases. At checkout, they accused me of stealing towels. Unbelievable, do not stay here.

Staff tried to make me wait for towels after we had asked for towels the first day and never received any. When I demanded towels they finally produced the towels they said they didn’t have. Lot of vagrants hanging around and the room had a bunch of things broken! The entire facility needs a whole new paint job. Would never stay again!

Do not stay here. They falsely charged me for damages because I "messed with the towels and sheets". In other words, I used them and left them otherwise in the same condition I left them.

I guess you get what you pay for. It looks like their trying to remodel but not too sure on that. Security had "vests" on for protection i think. Moldy smell in the room. Saw a couple fire hazards that i had photos of but cannot find them. Shower and bed was actually ok.

When I first checked in the front desk, agent was there on his phone.Didn't even acknowledge me, I had to wait about 3 or 4 minutes and he just reached his hand out for my I.D I checked in and went to inspect the room first thing. I see when I opened the door is a cockroach crawling on the bathroom doorframe.\n I then proceeded into the room to inspect a little further and noticed all types of stains on both bed sets. Turn around and walk out.

There was NOTHING nice bout this property. They didn't have daily housekeeping, had to ask for clean towels, No in room coffee, clock, phone,tv didn't work most of the time. I had to go down and ask for clean towels, and then the desk clerk said bring the other towels down. I told It was the worst hotel I ever had been and they just said sorry. Made NO ATTEMPT to fix or help with anything.. Also advertised breakfast, but had none, just coffee at counter, and I had to kill a cockroach. I can't say enough horrible things bout this place, and I'm not usually a complainer. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
