「Great staff」

「The rooms were excellent and very clean. The staff was very helpful with anything I needed. 」

「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」

「What we didn’t like about the property: we came on New Year’s Eve. They shut down the bar at 9 PM without even stating last call, their cook didn’t show up so you couldn’t order anything from the restaurant and the kids were playing football in the atrium and blowing noise makers starting at 8 PM and the staff did nothing to stop it. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was delicious, but we won’t be returning. 」

「We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow.
