Good space, had everything I needed. Was not very handicap friendly, very long outside ramp to front door, steep enough to require breaks. Also front doors did not have a handicap assist button, thankfully the staff & guest were friendly & helpful.

the check-in person was really nice. The entire place smells kind of dirty. And there is NOTHING in the room. No shampoo, its an Extended Stay place with a kitchenette and there is nothing there - no cups, no plates, no silverware, no sponge, no soap, quite literally nothing in these rooms. I needed to Iron my shirt, no Iron or Ironing board.

Stayed here for about 6-7 weeks. The value was pretty good, but room had a pretty strong unpleasant smell from the moment I walked in. Ceiling had all types of yellow spots and other issues that seemed to be a bit neglected. The previous person said the same thing about the smell, but they didn't know what it was. Some of the staff was great, others not so much. Shot out to Rusty working in maintenance. He was really cool and actually cared to try to help. Chuey (sorry if I misspelled) and Aaron (who recently left) were cool and helpful. Chelsea at the front, although I'm sure she's plenty capable, really doesn't seem to care about people. The ex manager also just seemed like a nightmare, but she left I heard..Several instances showed just a lack of real care for people and truly trying to help outside whatever is standard. It's really quite tragic what service is coming to, people are kind of put last unless it's something that's super easy and convenient. More and more people just seem kind of robotic in how they really try and care about guests and people paying to stay at a place. A simple request oftentimes is almost out of the question. I think some people just typically don't understand how to deal with situations and really care, but are just content in following minimum protocol without really having that desire to be on people's sides. Maybe it's poor training or just something internal with people, but there's a difference..

Room was very quiet, downside is no maid service, no coffee anywhere and you've got to provide your own TP, soap, etc. once you run out. After my stay there I was able to find a better motel closeby for a couple dollars less with full maid service and free breakfast.
