「The problem with the room was that it had a fire alarm which was having flashing bright light which was disturbing. The curtains installed were not done right and it was letting in too much of light. You have to wake up early due to bad design of the room interiors」

「My room was quiet and AC worked well. I could sort of see the mountains but "Mountain View" is a bit of a misnomer given the way the hotel is oriented. I was in room 211 and there was a crater in the mattress closest to the door-- it really needs to be replaced. I liked the fridge and microwave and coffee maker. I liked that there was a nice desk and a sitting chair. The water in the sink and shower never got very hot, but it was warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful and hotel was well...

「When I arrived around 9:30pm there were two others in line. It would just be nicer to be greeted with a smile and ‘welcome’ .. i had a suitcase to schlep up the stairs (no elevator), and was pointed in the direction but went up the wring set if stairs and had to come back down and schlep up the other staircase. An extra minute of her time to direct me, as i was the last in line, would have been appreciated. Friendly up the guest services would raise my rating. Breakfast opened at 6:30am and...

「The staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were no pans, dishes, or utensils to use in the kitchenette room. No coffe pot and the one they gave after asking had a short in it. The king bed was worn down and uncomfortable. Floors needed serious mopping. The hotel is rougher side of a town.」

「Unfortunately the Air Conditioning was broke, but the staff worked with me to use a fan to bring cool air in in the evening. The rooms were clean. They restaurant food was incredible the last time I stayed but was unfortunately closed the night I stayed this time over a holiday. It was cheap and the staff is great.」
