"I understand that this hotel has recently undergone a change in ownership and so will reserve my opinion in some respects with this in mind. The good things about the hotel: the beds and pillows were comfy, rooms quiet for a good nights sleep, towels nice and fluffy, the breakfasts (great and good variety), nice location easily accessible off the freeway.
Not so good: we had 4 rooms rented with our group of 7 travelers and each had different complaints. Including-room fridge not working, air conditioner not working properly (and the light for "change filter" was on mine), common areas not adequately lighted (including pool), hallways seldom vacuumed, very slow elevator-I saw only 1 in my wing, each had different bathroom fixtures-one stated her toilet was very low and she had a hard time with that, drains in the tub came right out.
In my opinion, after observing over a few days time, is the staff were working really hard to keep things going as smoothly as possible and as best they could. But perhaps they did not have enough staff or resources? Not enough direction? I don't know give it time-new management will hopefully bring this to a higher standard. But, it was an OK place to stay."
