「They hardly had no food no water to buy for days. They didn’t even have lettuce for a simple salad. Bar tender didn’t know how to make drinks with no cook.」

「It’s downtown Colorado Springs with a nice property that has Mountain View’s. The restaurant onsite is excellent and there is a large bar next to the restaurant.」

「Check in took a very long time, and the staff member gave the impression something was wrong with the reservation and left the room. The room was not very clean and was not in good repair. This was not a safe area with many questionable people hanging around after dark. There was lots of noise in the room above us every night between 9 pm and 2 am. At first we thought it was furniture moving, but then decided it was dogs playing with toys and barking.」

「Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.」

「Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...

「The US needs more hostels like this. It reminds me of my days backpacking through Europe. My boyfriend and I are in our 40s and we came here with his teenage kids. Even though we got 2 private rooms, it still felt like a community. The common areas are very welcoming: a huge comfortable couch to watch World Cup games or anything really; a clean kitchen with anything you need to prepare meals and a place to sit and eat; huge outdoor covered patio with nice patio furniture; and a yard with a fire...
