「Our room definitely needed an upgrade, tub had rust spots, tub spout was really loose, as the pull lever, the door that was supposed to cover fridge was gone and bottom of fridge cabinet was damaged so was not level, 」

「飯店離捷運跟超市都不會很遠，走路的距離都可以接受。雖然訂的是雙床房型，但到現場有一位可以用中文溝通的櫃檯，幫忙換成一大床的房型，免去了提前入住所需要的費用。淋浴的空間個人覺得偏小，固定式的蓮蓬頭，使用上並不便利。沙發上竟然發現客人使用過的塑膠叉子夾在細縫中。」

「Great unique property in the Art district. They have a great bar and very good restaurant. The area is fine enough but there is a lot of street noise. I had ear plugs. Very close to the airport. We would stay here again. 」

「I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024.」

「We came into Phoenix to see a concert and since this hotel was right around the corner from the venue I figured it'd be a cool place to stay. It's an old hotel and it definitely looks like it. I'm no professional but I'm sure there's a way to keep the historic charm while still keeping it updated. The bed was really, really firm and if I hadn't driven 700 miles it probably would have been uncomfortable but after being in the car for 10 hours it wasn't the worst. 「We arrived to a very friendly welcome. Our changed reservation was quickly sorted out. Our room was very nice and we appreciated the two small complimentsry bottles of water. The shower was great. 」
