Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Avoid booking this hotel. They don’t follow Hotels.com policies, repeatedly pressure you to pay them directly, and may even refuse to check you in. The platform itself is becoming unreliable in managing and training these properties, overall, a terrible experience.
