Overall a good option to sleep and make there vacation there. We slept there bc of the gamescom and were able to get to coloum easily.

The hotel was clean and excellent value for money. Basic room but does the basics very well. 10 min walk to train station and only 40 min train from köln main station. Rooms were very warm but hotel did provide a fan to help. Overall a good stay for affordable prices

Quiet and Nice

Nice and quiet. Very comfortable beds and nice big comfy pillow. Room was clean and has a locking cabinet for safe-keeping. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Overnight stay on route to England.

Good location for nearby restaurants and parking was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are not very big and the bed a little small but we managed for our overnight stay.

Check in was problematic, could not figure out who we were or find us in the reservation. Internet was hard to log into, needed twice assistance from front desk. Rooms were large, modern, functional. Location is great in the. Idle of town.

Middle of the road hotel. Room OK, bathroom rather cramped, personnel not too interested but helpful in the end. Parking not on site but not a hassle if you arrive afther 6pm and leave before 9am. Plenty of dining options nearby (I can recommend the pizza place Arcobaleno II, not fancy, but very decent food/service/prices)

Unzufrieden

Man konnte nicht auschecken, weil an der Rezeption keiner vorhanden war. Trotz vermehrten Anrufen ist keiner darangegangen.Nach zwei Stunden war endlich jemand vor Ort. Außerdem war der Abfluss verstopft, Dusche verdreckt und zudem war eine Lampe im Zimmer kaputt. Alles in einem ein Hotel, welches wir nicht weiterempfehlen können.

Für den Preis ist es Ok. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer wurde mal renoviert. Nettes Personal.

Leider wurde das Zimmer nur an einem Tag meines Aufenthaltes (6 Nächte) gereinigt. Die Tür der Dusche fällt fast auseinander und das Bett ist sehr durchgelegen. Allerdings war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und das Zimmer ansonsten ausreichend für eine Person.

Anuga Fuarı için mecburiyetten 6 gece 7 gün kasldığım otelde büyük yatak yerine tek kişilik yataklı oda verildi, kaldığım süre boyunca nevresimlerim hiç değişmedi! yerlerde toz, lekeler, saç ve kıl kalıntılarını kendim ayak havlusuyla temizledim! Banyo 1 kere bile temizlenmedi! banyoda ne sabun ne de şampuan vardı, her zaman yanımda taşırım bunları da bu sorunu da böyle çözdüm. Çalışanlarının tamamı Nepal'li, çok nazikler ama temizlik konusunda kötü kötü kötü ötesiler.
