This is a basic no frills hotel. Clean, comfortable and a good location especially for Christmas markets, which is what we came to koln for. Central station is about an 10 min walk. Excellent location and the staff is probably the friendliest people in koln.

Staff were great and helpful at all times. Took a star off because the elevator was broken for 2 days out of our stay. There is a great Chinese buffet placee next to the hotel and it was close to the shopping district as well.

It's not one hotel, the apartments are spread across a couple of buildings and it was not easy getting in and out. We had a studio quadruple room which was a decent size, the bathroom was tiny and the kitchen had no utensils or crockery, so could not cook.

I enjoyed my stay at this property and would recommend it. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but not an issue. It was safe, quiet, and clean which are the most important to me. The staff was very nice, patient, and friendly. My German is not good but they no issue answering my questions. The area is central so I could walk almost everywhere I needed to go.

We stayed in a room that was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 separate bedroom areas. Location of hotel was perfect; close to main train station and the Cologne Cathedral. Very walkable to shopping and the Rhine. Very convenient and felt safe. Minor drawback was that the room felt warm even with fans going and moderate temperatures outside.

Our room was large and had different rooms for bathroom and shower. An easy walk from the train station and close to shopping and the old town square. Good breakfast. 2 fans and big windows that open, but no air con.
