Nice room, but no bar and expensive parking.

Nice hotel in the area of the Neustad (by U-Bahn). The hotel bar is closed, so nothing to do in the evening, At Hotels.com it says it's open, but it isn't. Also parking is not € 25 a day but an expensive € 28 for a day. Room was OK, but the other things dissapointing.

Stewed here for one night. Close to Rheinenegy stadion which was perfect to watch Pink! No Ned for trams which were packed before and after! Staff were friendly and hotel was immaculate. Bathroom a little dated but clean and functional.

Quiet, clean, with parking, near metro stop

We stayed over NYE and it was quiet and clean. There’s no coffee pot or conditioner, but it’s got soap, towels, a bed, and is quiet, so it’s really what we needed. The people are nice and I’d stay again since it’s conveniently located 1/2 block from a metro stop. Parking was €19/day with in/out under the building- be sure you tell the desk so they can set up your parking ticket correctly for the in/out part.

Highly recommend for anyone who has a loved one staying at the ATOS Orthoparc Klinik. Essential by Dorint Köln is a 7 minute WALK to the hospital. This made daily visits possible as the commute from where we live would be an hour each way. The staff were friendly and helpful (provided a loaner power strip when we realized one was needed to charge the laptop). The rooms were comfortable, business style, with a good wall mounted TV. The hotel has a restaurant with tasty meals, has on-site parking, AND is dog-friendly!

Auf jeden Fall Ohropax mitnehmen, da an Hauptstr. und zum Überfluss ist die Klimaanlage sehr laut, auch ausgeschaltet

Ich war leider enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt. Die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer hat überhaupt nicht gekühlt, was bei den Temperaturen sehr unangenehm war. Außerdem wurde mir über das Hotel-Tablet versprochen, dass ich ein kostenloses Getränk erhalte, wenn ich auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichte – leider wurde dieses Versprechen nicht eingehalten. Zudem war der Mitarbeiter in der Frühschicht nicht besonders freundlich, während der Mitarbeiter in der Nachtschicht wirklich ausgezeichnet war. Das Parken für 25€ ist auch unangemessen. Insgesamt war ich wirklich enttäuscht und kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Gute, einfache Unterkunft, gut mit ÖPNV erreichbar. Trotz der Lage direkt an einer Hauptstraße ist es in den Zimmern sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bad in gutem Zustand und das Personal freundlich.

Keine Klimaanlage, obwohl die Fenster zur starkbefahrenen Straße sich nicht öffnen ließen. Zimmer war überwärmt. Nachlässige Wartung. So fiel die Türklinke immer zu Boden.

Ein Aufsteller an der Rezeption besagt, dass man Geduld haben soll, man wäre gleich wieder da. Man ist so freundlich und wartet einfach, aber nix passiert. Erst als man klingelt ist der Mitarbeiter innerhalb von 2 Sekunden da. War einfach nur im hinteren Raum. Bitte schreibt doch da hin, dass man klingeln soll und nicht ewig warten soll.

Es gibt leider keine Möglichkeit die Zimmer zu verdunkeln. Es sind nur durchlässige Vorhänge da und deswegen ists morgens sehr schnell zu hell zum schlafen. Man hört es überall wenn jemand im Haus den Stuhl verschiebt. Da sollten mal gleiter drunter.
