Very close to the Cathedral and train station within one block. In the middle of all of the restaurants and historic area. No staff really on site, a desk clerk for a few hours but nothing needed, the instructions are clear and they contacted me before our arrival. Our room was quite large with an upstairs loft!

Not a good hotel

Not clean, uncomfortable and loud. Also, be aware the front office is only open 2-6pm, so you can't check in any other time or leave your luggage. Pay a little bit more to stay elsewhere!

Stanza ordinata e pulita. Manca un servizio tazze e bollitore con the o caffe o camomilla il minimo. Purtroppo l ambiente generale e risultato rumiroso , dalle persone on corridoio e in altre stanze alla strada.

Hält ein was es verspricht

Super herziges einfaches zimmer mitten in der stadt 3 min vom dom entfernt. Wir kamen mit dem auto und nebendran hat es ein parkhaus. 18.- fuer 24h ist völlig in ordnung. Bin zufrieden

Zimmer war ausreichend von der Größe. Was unmöglich war ist,dass am Wasserhahn im Bad grüner Schimmel war. Bin was das angeht sehr enttäuscht.

Sehr gute Lage inmitten der Kölner Altstadt, Renovierte saubere Zimmer. Kein freundlicher Empfang > die Mitarbeiterin fragte warum sie nur 1 Namen in der Anmeldung vorfinden würde obwohl wir doch 10 Personen seien. So musste sie tatsächlich arbeiten und 9 Namen eingeben. Katastrophales Frühstück > minimalistisch Auswahl, helle, steinharte Aufbackbrötchen, ungenießbarer Filterkaffee.

Hotellet hade kanonläge, nära Domen och gamla stan. Ganska små men renliga rum. Frukosten var tillfredställande men inte mer.

No reception during the night. .....If you lose ur keys, if ur keys are stolen, you yill sleep in the street. Indeed my keys hs been stolen, I call the phone number witten on the door in order tosomeone come to open me the door and the answer has been . I won t come. Well I ve sleep in the street, i did not receive any excuses, I did not receive any reduction BUT I RECEIVE A NEW BILL OF 50EUROS TO make a copy of the key .............. please avoid that hotel...

Custo benefício não vale a pena.

A limpeza e a localização excelentes. No entanto a cama era desconfortável, o chuveiro só caia água de um lado da ducha, muito barulho no corredor e o café da manhã com poucas opções. Não tinha frutas, nem bolo, nem vareidade de pães. Pelo custo do hotel não vale a pena.

Städtereisehotel

Wir waren zu einer Städtereise unterwegs. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Innenstadt und unser Dreibettzimmer ist für diesen Zweck sinnvoll und schön eingerichtet. Zur Sauberkeit und Rezeption gibt es keine negativen Anmerkungen. Das Frühstück war in Buffetform und vollkommen ausreichend. Bei Gehbehinderung müsste beachtet werden, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt.

숙소도 깨끗하고. 기차역에서 가깝고. 주변구경 이동에 매우 편리한 위치입니다. 그러나 계단만 있어서 짐을 옮기기 불편하고 check in out 시간이 정해져 있어서 아침일찍 출발하거나 늦게 도착하는 사람에게는 불편할듯합니다.

Arrivato a destinazione dopo un lungo viaggio in treno ha trovato l'hotel chiuso e nessuno a rispondere al telefono. Motivo: Check in entro le 18:00 riportato solo nelle info utili ma non nel modulo di prenotazione. Essendo un check-in anticipato rispetto alla norma sarebbe importante metterlo in evidenza tra le condizioni di cancellazione
