Problemas desde a recepção. Recepcionista falava português, mas fingiu não falar o idioma, alegando uma “brincadeira” do dia. Quarto com mau cheiro ao entrarmos (mofo, azedo), carpete com péssima higienização. Poucas tomadas, apenas uma extensão com fio longo que prejudicava a movimentação no quarto já absurdamente pequeno. Rodapés descascando e papel higiênico de péssima qualidade.

Wir haben den Weihnachtsmarkt in Colmar besucht und dort übernachtet. Für längere Aufenthalte würde ich ein „hochwertigeres“ Hotel empfehlen. Wir hatten jedoch einen Parkplatz erhalten sowie die die zusätzlich gewünschte Bettdecke und das ruhige Zimmer. Von daher alles wunderbar.

Front desk reception was wonderful, we stored our bags and walked into the city center. Great location! The room isn’t the best…extremely small, uncomfortable beds and really hot which made it hard to sleep. But it was a small price to pay to visit such a spectacular city at Christmas time!
