「It was a beautiful hotel. I will say the morning staff at the registration welcome desk, specifically Gretta, was not warm or friendly, very robotic, and never smiled, which really removes the whole inviting customer service appeal. The valets were awesome, especially Raymond, very personable. The breakfast was amazing, and I loved the outside dining experiences, especially in the morning. The other staff were also fabulous, room service turned down our beds, and they were both professional...

「I booked this property for an event nearby and it was perfect! I booked the executive suite which was clean and neat and affordable! The outside and the inside are well-maintained! Plenty of shopping/restaurants across the street and nearby! Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area :) plus the staff were exceptional!」

「The hotel was very easy to get to right off the highway. We were able to get an early check-in to get ready for a wedding. The room was spacious and seemed clean however it did have a very strong oder to it. Not sure if it was a cleaner or something they put onto the carpet or floors. I needed to open the window to try to air it out. I should have requested a different room but I was only there for one night. 」
