「Nice hotel but no room safes or safety deposit boxes at reception. First time I’ve ever come across this situation which is a slight security concern in relation to leaving cash, cards and passport unsecured in the room.」

「The swimming pool is not open because of something to do with the motor. But the pool has closed for years. The website says you have a pool. It needs to say out of order or you should remove it from the website! When I come back to town I probably will fine another location to stay. 」

「Hello, thank you for the opportunity to provide a review. We did have a few issues with our stay and since we were unable to cancel we made due. Firstly, our reservation was made with two Queen beds. Upon check in our room only had one Queen bed. The employee told us there were no other rooms available. We had to buy an air mattress at the hardware store for our guest. We also were given a room on the second floor despite having two elderly/ disabled women. This location does not have elevators....
