"The building was an unusual layout with the ground floor being at the basement level. You have to haul your luggage up a flight of stairs to check out. There was no coffee maker in the room and I received a disapproving look from a staff member when I filled my carafe with coffee for the long trek back to my room having to go down a flight of stairs. There was green grass for the dogs, but no poop bags. The breakfast was mediocre. Instead of yogurts and fresh fruits, the staff had syrupy and sweet fruit cups for breakfast. There weren't even hard boiled eggs. The room was clean. The toilet was so low! My young grandchildren could have used it for potty training. Thank goodness I had a total knee replacement last year, otherwise there was no way I could get up from the toilet! There weren't even any grab bars to assist one. The bed was very comfortable. "
