「La Piccola Locanda is not a hotel, they don’t have a front desk. The owner sends an email before check in date explaining this “Albergo diffuso accomodation concept” meaning they can place you anywhere, the check in time are only from 11:00 - 2:45 and 6 -11:00 pm. The owner left me the keys on top of a barell, the entrance to the building was like a storage, no elevator, I dragged my suitcase 5 stair flights, and I was alone in the whole building, very scary! I ended up staying somewhereelse!」

「Appartement au centre d’un mini village pittoresque perdu dans la campagne. Le feu de cheminée était très agréable au mois de Janvier! La salle de bain dans l’appartement était vraiment décevant, une simple cabine de douche cheap et trop petite avec la peinture du mur qui s’écaille. Les portes de cuisine étaient mal réglées et la poignée de la porte de l’appartement également. Le personnel est très gentil cependant un service au restaurant qui n’est pas vraiment professionnel. 「Excellent customer service. They stayed connected even though we checked in late. I would come back and plan to stay longer as the grounds have a beautiful pool and garden. 」
