「Visited here in September 2026, this was our first time at the Mon Port and first time in Mallorca. The hotel is lovely set just uphill from Port D'Andratx, about a 10 minute walk to the side of the port where the majority of restaurants and shops are, however there are some restaurants, bars and a supermarket on the same side of the port. We had hired a car and parked for free in the hotel's car park, which had plenty of shade covers to keep your car cool during the day. We booked through...

「Decent location. About 10 minutes from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds. Great AC in room which was mandatory. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC in common areas was lacking. Pool has zero shade (umbrellas didn’t cut it). Halllways have weird artificial turf floors and not great soundproofing. But given the price we would stay again if we are ever in Santa Ponsa.」

「We really wanted to like this hotel, but we felt the service was severely lacking for this price point, especially as it bills itself as a 5 star hotel. We were rather surprised given all the good reviews we’ve read for the property. Our coffee pods were never refilled during our stay, instead we had to walk down to reception ourselves to get them each day. The housekeeping staff was rather rude, and the front desk seemed somewhat annoyed whenever we had an extra request.」

「An amazing adult only hotel. From arrival to departure, this hotel was perfect for what we were looking for. The food was gorgeous, especially breakfast. The pool was the perfect temperature, well maintained and situated. The beach access gave us the best of both worlds; freedom to swim at the beach or head back to the pool when the crowds (and kids) got too much. The staff were excellent. Attentive, efficient, and so polite (in a fun way). Thank you.」
