「Belle surprise en rentrant dans l'établissement, la décoration est top , c'est très beau et de très bon goût. La chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Le wifi fonctionne bain et pour le petit déjeuner Farah est très sympathique.」

「This is a boutique hotel with nice design. Up to standard service with details, esp the shuttle has helped us a lots. A very nice guy from shuttle took good care of us. Meal quality was okay, normal standard, not much surprise. Location was a bit far, but with nice view. 」

「Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...

「Lovely hotel - literally ski in/ski out, with the slopes right outside the doorstep (and a helpful ski locker in the basement). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitiely recommended for an upmarket experience on the ski slopes!」

「Hotel met alles op en aan. Mooi, mooie ruime en goed uitgeruste kamers met groot balkon, mooie wellness, skischool, skiverhuur, skilockers in het complex. Perfecte ligging. Enige klein minpuntje vonden wij het ontbijt. Niet zo heel veel keuze en chocolademelk uit automaat en dus met water. En in de wellness waren 's avonds de handdoeken niet meer aangevuld. En de zeep aan de douches ook niet. Dat zijn echt kleine puntjes die ons verblijf niet hebben verstoord. Grote kans dat wij terugkeren!」

「Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.」

「Everything about this hotel is FANTASTIC. The staff is the friendliest, customer service is amazing and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous plus the rooms are really spacious. Honestly if it wasn’t because we were skiing I don’t think we would’ve left our room. It was late in the season and the hotel was still staffed. Definitely worth the price, amazing all over. 」
