「Nice Hotel」

「The hotel is in a beautiful location, and we really enjoyed the ambiance, especially the pool area, which is very relaxing. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, we experienced a strong smell coming from the bathroom in our room. Housekeeping could also be improved, as the room was not cleaned thoroughly, and room service was quite slow to deliver the items we requested. 「Great property and amenities. The beach club was impossible to get a chair at afternoon 11am but otherwise everything is great.」

「The feel of the property was luxurious, however when we checked in (late at night) our air con wasn't working. The floor was so hot it felt like underfloor heating was turned on. Two calls to reception said they couldn't do anything about it. I asked to switch rooms, which was not possible. The next day when I was trying to check out, the maintenance man came to fix the air con, which was no use to me now as I was trying to pack up and leave.
