Good for a weekend stay
The apartment is kept in good conditions generally and it's perfectly located to explore Coimbra. Very calm area and good mattress. The amenities worked well. The only comments I would leave would be to improve the lamps (the tall one had a very dim light bulb and the bedside lamp wasn't working properly) as well as the top light (it was an awful blue light, it should be a warm light... it's not a dentist).
Asides from that, it all went smoothly and the kitchenette came in handy to prepare some breakfast in the morning and avoid some extra spending.

Close to the university well maintained and comfortable. A little hard to find even with the help of a friendly driver. Once there excellent accommodation although a little bit of a hike to the other parts of town.

Eu somente reservei nesse hotel por ter ar condicionado no quarto. Inclusive paguei mais caro por isso. Entretanto, chegando no quarto verifiquei que não tem ar condicionado. Mandei mensagem pro hotel e disseram que estava no descritivo do quarto que era ventoinha (ventilador), mas eu mandei print screen mostrando que relamente constava ar condicionado e simplesmente ignoraram. Não dormi nada... Ficava acordada pelo calor e ligava o ventilador, que pelo barulho não me deixava dormir também... Experiência horrível!!!

The hotel is very close to Coimbra university and it is very good advantage.
One issue is it is on the hill and you might face some difficulty if you carry big suitcase or so.

Clean modern room in Coimbra University area. In an elevated area, my room was a multi-floor walkup. Place looks newly renovated with white melamine look popular at budget hotels in Portugal. Very helpful staff.
