「The Daria-I Nor hotel was unexpectedly closed during our stay in Alpe d’Huez. This meant there was no access to the facilities advertised at the time of my original booking. The restaurant was closed for breakfast and evening meals. The Spa, Bar and Ski shop were closed, and access to the Alpe Express was only available via a 100m muddy path rather than through the hotel. The staff were friendly and the swimming pool was adequate. If I had known the hotel was closed I would have booked more...

「Reception staff ask for deposit 400€ and promises send straight back when we move out. But when i give back keys, guy who check challet say all is good and clean, nothing to broken etc. He say - reception madam today are off but i see you paid deposit and all papers are there. Tommorow she come to work, and see papers, and send back your deposit. We are back already 3 days and we dzīvē till home 22 hr, i try to contact - send message- ask about deposit... but still noone not answer and i not...

「Excellent stay. Great location for ski lifts especially with the escalators! The pool and spa area were great. Kids loved having a pool. We stayed in a 6 person 1 bedroom apartment and would definitely stay again!」

Je regrette toutefois que les linges de maison (draps, serviettes) ne soient pas fournis et surtout que cette information ne soit pas plus visible sur le site hotels.com. cela m’a occasionné un surcout qui aurait pu etre évité.」

「Nous avons séjourné dans un bungalow indépendant équipé d’une petite cuisine, ce qui était vraiment pratique. L’endroit est très calme, parfait pour se reposer et faire du vélo. Le propriétaire est adorable et très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, avec des produits de qualité pour un prix très raisonnable. Le gros plus pour nous : nous avons pu rentrer nos vélos à l’intérieur, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !」
