Quaint little place with easy access to the city and historical old town of Marburg. „Landhaus“ stye furniture and a nice and firm mattress allowed for a good night sleep. Added value is the nice Restaurant with focus on steak but also modern cuisine. They also serve a scrumptious breakfast buffet.

Nice!

It is a good hotel with a restaurant and helpful front desk people. Local area might be a little but if you just want to spend the night somewhere it is the best for that local area. Room was big and full of everything that someone may need during stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Gute Lage, nette Leute, schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Ich habe mich gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, der Weg nach Marburg nicht weit. Das Zimmer machte einen sauberen Eindruck, das Frühstück war ansprechend und die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden.

Ganz ok

Das Einzelzimmer ist groß. Viele Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer gab es nicht. Ein gemütlicherer Sessel, oder eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer wäre zum Fersehgucken angebracht. Die Dusche funktioniert gut. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich.

Breakfast of Champions

Having made our booking the night before arrival, all hotels in Marburg were full. Fortunately, this gem, 4 kms away from the old town, was available. Hosts will pick you up from the Marburg station if you call ahead, or there are buses that go out this way to Coelbe twice an hour. A taxi costs about 10 euros. Clean, quiet, with free sauna and the best buffet breakfast on Hesse.

Im Hotel haben wir lediglich übernachtet. Mehr macht dort auch keinen Sinn. Weder Zimmer noch Umgebung laden zum Verweilen ein. Leider lag unser Zimmer ca 5 Meter entfernt (wie viele andere) zum Hinterhof eines Baumarktes. Der Anblick von Baumaterial und Gasflaschen lässt nicht gerade Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Gott sei Dank waren wir am Wochenende da und der Markt war geschlossen.

Super Hotel in kleinem Gewerbegebiet

Sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel in einem kleinen Gewerbegebiet. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Der Zustand ist gut. Für den Hotelgast stehen kostenfreie Zeitschriften zur Verfügung. Das Restaurant ist hübsch eingerichtet und bereitet schmackhafte Gerichte. Das Frühstück ist sehr opulent.

o.K., aber zu teuer für das, was geboten wurde

Das Hotel hat große Zimmer, ist ansonsten absolut durchschnittlich - weder besonders ansprechend, noch besonders häßlich. Es ist sauber, es gibt ein gutes Frühstück. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich. Es ist relativ ruhig. Aber es war mit 123 Euro pro Doppelzimmer wesentlich zu teuer. Normalerweise hätte ich bei gleicher Lage und Ausstattung einen Preis zwischen 75 und 95 Euro für angemessen gehalten.
