「We reserved an accessible room back in July. We arrived and were told they didnt have one for us. Because of my knee surgery every time I had to go to the bathroom I had to go downstairs to the lobby and use the bathroom there because it had an accessible bathroom. The breakfast was horrible the eggs were like rubber and I dont think whatthey were calling cheese was really cheese. Charge people less and take the FREE breakfast away.」

But the reason I chose your hotel as compared to a competitor , was because of the 'free continental breakfast' . OMG , how poor was that . Some scrambled eggs and sausage , and NO coffee , WTH ? Plus the bread that I toasted was MOLDY , UGH !」
