"The Beach outside the hotel is brilliant. With beachfront restaurants providing sunset views every night, it's hard to beat. Staff are friendly, the free mini-bar in the room is quite extensive (full sized liquor bottles), and the drink choice at the pool bars is great. It's a great hotel. You won't be disappointed."

"Our room had a leak throughout our entire stay. We reported it but it was not fixed. As a result our room constantly smelled musty. The make up mirror was not operational. On a few occasions they ran out of food by the pool. The staff overall were very friendly. In particular Carlene in the main lobby bar and Chelsey in the pool bar. The beach on the property is calm and beautiful."

"The property was extremely beautiful and most of the staff was very hospitable, However there are some laps in communication. For example the first mishap was I contacted the front desk and when the gentlemen picked up I asked if there was a gift shop and he stated yes and then I asked did they have any benadryl due to my Girlfriend having an allergic reaction and his reply was let me check and ill give you a call back. Noone ever called so I walked to the main lobby from our suite to get the medicine and I Informed the young lady that there was never a call back. When I returned I asked my partner did anyone call and she said no. The next morning I asked if we could check out a hour after normal check out which is 12pm and the same young ma. From the night before he said yes that should not be a problem. There was no explanation. Of it being a coverage charge to stay in the room for an extra hour. Give me the choice whether I wanna pay that or not dont just assume without clear communication."

"Amazing vacation! Miguela was the best and beyond helpful. I really like Royalton properties, but make sure to have enough of the popular spirt available on the property. Other than that me and mine will definitely be back and on to their next property."
