Great location near Altstadt, parking garage nearby. Hotel common spaces could use a refresh, but acceptable comfort and cleanliness. Excellent breakfast buffet. Some rooms on upper floors not serviced by elevator

Was not impressed with the manager. Broken shower head wasn't fixed, he didn't seem to care. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

A shadow of it's former self.

This hotel used to be a part of the Romantik chain of hotels and was excellent but now it's a hotel Garni, just bed and breakfast and a shadow of its former self. Reception only staffed 1 PM to 11 PM. Bar and restaurant closed. Poor selection of fruit at breakfast which was otherwise adequate. You must ask for your room to be serviced. The en-suite could do with being redecorated, as could several corridors. I had the feeling that the hotel was operating on a shoestring basis. The few staff on duty were friendly and professional.I had a good-sized room that was comfortable.

Sehr freundliches Personal .Sauberes ,hübsch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit grosssem Bad.Frühstücksbufett mit riesiger Auswahl ,kurz gesagt ,es hat uns sehr gefallen. In 3 Minuten waren wir im Parkhaus und in Stadtzentrum. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Zimmer sind voll in Ordnung- aber schlecht erreichbar- wir hatten 43 Stufen und meine Frau benutzt einen Rollator. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Habe vor Monaten 2 Zimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Da erwarte ich, dass diese nebeneinander liegen und nicht am anderen Ende des Hotels. Das Hotel ist nicht barrierefrei!

Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück sehr gut, Zimmer OK, Getränke der Minibar kostenlos, im Bad kleinere Schäden an Dusche, Etagen nicht auf einer Höhe, es sind 6 Stufen vom Lift bis zum Zimmerflur im 3-ten Stock und 3 Stufen vom der Rezeption zum Lift, also leider nicht barrierefrei. Das war für unsere Reisegruppe aber kein Problem!

Hotel in super Lage am Rand der historischen Innenstadt im Zentrum von Coburg. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten (Veste, etc.) in Laufdistanz. Super freundliches Personal - auch gegenüber unserem Hund, der mit Leckerlies begrüßt und auch zwischendrin verwöhnt wurde. Tolles Frühstück - reichhaltiges Buffet; Frühstücksraum mit schönem hellen Ambiente. Freie Getränke in der Minibar im Zimmer. Wir und unser Hund kommen wieder.
