「The rooms could've been cleaner. An empty orange soda can was sticking from under the couch, looked like a small child may have left hand prints/smears on bathroom door frame after eating possibly. The staff was amazing, the common area were spotless, breakfast was great especially the warm cinnamon rolls and coffee. We were always greeted and asked if we needed anything. Overall nice place to stay when in town.」

「The hotel in general seems to be in disrepair. The toilet paper holder had been ripped out of the wall, the A/C was VERY loud and didn’t really work, and the shower head was broken. It was supposed to be smoke free, but you could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom, likely from a vent shared with the neighboring room. The pictures on Expedia are NOT for this hotel. 「The hotel had updated carpet and rooms were clean. The issues at this hotel is as follows. The room phone had no cords or connections, and the hair dryer was broken. The water pressure was excellent. At one point the whole staff went to break together so the front desk was left unattended. At one point I told housekeeping that I didn’t need service for the day which I had asked for an extra towel and face towel, when I came back housekeep removed my extra linin, so I had to go get extra again....
