"Nice and clean but stale. Typical Lima apartment issues, bad plumbing so it smells gross after toilet use, and the owmer tried to charge us for pee on the bed whem it was merely tea spilled, and i think a miscommunication due to language barrier."

"This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell.
