「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. 「Love the owner/manager and staff. They made our stay feel very special. Food options available in town or on the mountain. Breakfast was more than continental which suits an active vacation. Bed was super comfortable. Take a fan or two if you are staying in the summer. Many mountain town properties are not air conditioned. 」

「The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal 」

「The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. 」

「The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction.」
