「Nice hotel. Large double bed room, and comfortable beds. One complaint was the room was poorly lit; we had to use our phone flashlights a couple of times, eg to see how to set the microwave. The bathroom was large and elegant, but the tissue box only had a couple of tissues remaining, with no replacement in the room.」

「Appreciated the nicely appointed kitchenette, clean rooms, clean and comfortable bed. Wanted to give MainStay an excellent rating but we had 2 nights of noisy neighbors. Although that's not a reflection on MainStay it still impacted our review.」

「*The breakfast was really good…with lots of options! They even had Gluten Free options 😁 Leo, the staff member at breakfast both days, was so sweet. She always had a smile and made conversation with you. *The pool and the exercise room were smaller than I expected…but it didn’t stop the boys from having fun! *The elevator made lots of creeky noises and shook. But other than that, it was fine. *The front staff were very nice and helpful!」

「I booked a non-smoking room and apparently it was given to another guest because I was told when I arrived that the only room available was a smoking room. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes and obviously it smelled like smoke. I endured the night though. Not an enjoyable stay for me. 」

「Clean room, friendly staff, well stocked breakfast. Con: Pool not usable, needed a part or something.」

「There were mushrooms growing out of and underneath the vanity sink in the bathroom and that clearly means that there is MOLD. TV wasn't set up prior to my stay had to do it myself. Other then that the young lady at the front desk at check in was awesome and very nice.」

「Room very old with scuffs unpainted walls and holes in the curtains. Light bulbs burnt out or lifht was broken. One queen bed had cigarette brun mark on the sheet. Gap at botyom of the door so light came in from the outside. Slept in clothing just to be safe. Toilet and shower was clean with clean towels. TV was ok. No breakfast provided. Take that off the website along with the picture. No one available at check out 8AM. The sign said just to leave your key at the window. 」

「Breakfast was ok, the room was run down bathroom water damage, ac was noisy, thermostat hanging off the wall did not work, tv remote only works it you hold it 6 inches from the tv. Not a restful night! Not staying at this hotel again! 」
