"Dirty pool and unhelpful staff"

"Our toilet didn't work upon check in. We were in a rush to get to our concert so we decided to let staff know about it when we got back. We were handed a plunger and told that would probably fix it. We explained to the front desk that we were sure a plunger wasnt goint to fix it, but we were written off. After the plunger didn't work(surprise surprise), we called the desk again. We were told maintenance wouldnt he in till morning and that the only thing they could offer was a king room. We had booked a double bed room for a reason. I explained that to the staff and was told that they offered a solution. Basically, we were stuck until morning to use the toilet in the lobby. Come morning, we find out that our issue wasn't even passed along to the day shift. We had gone down to ask them when maintenance would be available. We were told they would be up at 900. We left for our day a little after 900 and they hadn't been up yet. When we got back to our room later that day(around 500), the toilet still didn't work. I again went down to the desk at whcih time a different gentleman was very helpful. He got us in a different room with working facilities. It was somewhat of an inconvenience bc we were in a rush to get changed and ready for a show that evening, however, we were finally just happy to have a working toilet!"

"Everything was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The upper windows were dirty but only my husband would put the shades up that high. Breakfast was good but the eggs were cold both mornings. Really enjoyed our stay "

"Do NOT reserve a room here. They are crooked! I only had this room to sleep & take a shower. I used it to bresk up a very long drive. Im the kind of person that cleans up a hotel room when leaving, throwing all trash away,towels in bath tub etc. I had to leave very early next morning. In fact i was only there for 7hrs & was so tired i never even pulled back the sheets on the bed. I left around 8am & was in a hurry to get to my destination. The office was locked. The manager & her family literally live in the office & refused to open the door. I had no other choice but to leave the key in the room itself & lock the door. I was hesitant to do so because i prefer to hand the room key to an individual, but itvwas vital that i get on the road. I even calledvback to confuirm that they got the key. She accused me of having a dig in the room which i absolutely dud not. I hav dogs at home but they were not w me. I slept for few hrs,git up took a shower & left. She chsrged me $25 for pet fee & keot my $100 depodit. I am livif"

"The was pretty nice. Mary at the front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Sausage, eggs, biscuits n gravy, oatmeal, etc. plenty of other places to eat nearby. Gas station close. "

"Airport shuttle is great. We left our car at property for a week.. reasonable price, no problems. The roads in to this property have some serious potholes "
