"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. ..."

"Superb location, peaceful and beautiful. Close to Melrose itself, which is packed with walks and interesting shops and places to eat and drink. Lovely hosts who are friendly and welcoming.
