"The brochure said the bar was open till 12 but they closed at 10.30. couldn't get breakfast."

"I arrived thinking I had completed a reservation online and had not. Thankfully there was a room available and Choua went out of her way to help us in so many ways. I rarely fill out these review but I have to acknowledge her! She was so kind and served as an exceptional ambassador representing your hotel! Everything was great. Thank you!"

"Breakfast was good, but before we could leave the room, a staff member just walked in our room without even knocking, but she did announce she was staff. We didn’t have the door locked. Or the hasp lock security connected that was our fault. Otherwise, everything else good she did apologize multiple times when checking out."

"I booked a king room but was given 2 doubles because I was staying with my dog (according to the front desk staff) and I was not told about this policy. If I had wanted or needed 2 double beds that what I would have booked. The room was in a complete state of disrepair with a broken/cracked window, bathroom door would not open or close completely, bathroom sink would not drain, also there were holes in the wall in the bathroom. Carpet in the hallways was disgusting. Indoor pool was closed apparently due to some sort of vandalism. This was a horrible stay and I would have been more comfortable staying the weekend in my car! "
