「After tent camping in Heber Springs since 1988, we came upon this lodge due to thunderstorms predicted. This was my best and favorite experience there. The cabin was spacious for everyone and the view of The Little River is breathtaking. My family enjoyed the guided fishing tours all inclusive. It stormed hard all night long and we enjoyed the rain on the tin roof instead of floating in our tents. The Lucky Trout Lodge is our new favorite family tradition. 「After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet.
I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel.

「Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. 」
