"We have stayed overnight here on two occasions when we have been in town to attend concerts. It is fine for one night, rooms are comfortable. If we were in town longer, we would choose somewhere else though. The breakfast area is small and was crowded on both visits. Breakfast is what you would expect. I would have preferred to make waffles, but didn't as the breakfast area is just too crowded. Check in on this visit took longer than it should have, due to computer issues and only one clerk. We returned from our concert around 11 and neither of out keys worked, so a trip back downstairs was required. Only one of the two keys worked that time, but that was fine and we had no more issues with the key. The biggest drawback here is only one elevator which the housecleaning staff also uses. Trying to get back to our 4th floor room after breakfast took a while because the housekeeping staff seemed to feel they had priority. The stairs were not an option for us going up as my husband has asthma and also recently had hip surgery. The room was comfortable and clean. Again, great for a one night visit at a reasonable price."
