"Hotel is old and tired, staff are ok but obviously couldn't really care. Restaurant offers food at greatly reduced prices but this is obviously because you would only use it once. Food is pre-prepared and just reheated, Breakfast is terrible - usual pre cooked vaguely warm rubbish. Find somewhere ..."

"Stayed here for one night. Rooms and bathrooms very dated and tired. Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. I went down for breakfast about 8am and everything was cold and had run out. No juice machine, just empty jugs. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"Clean and modern, all facilities were decent. Might be noisy at the weekend, as it’s next door to Rock City, esp if a bands playing. Check your parking though beforehand, as the QPark next door no longer has concessions. Pre book with the hotel or Q Park before arriving."
