「Staff cared very little for the needs of the guest. The AC in our room sounded like a lawn mower. It kept cycling on and off and didn't even cool the room. We reported this to the front desk and got 0 assistance. In addition, our room was never serviced. When we checked in, there was no information provided indicating that our room wouldn't be cleaned. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. We come to the area several times a year to visit family, but will select another hotel...

「Nice staff; pet friendly. Good location. Clean but could use some more updates. Newly painted but bathroom tile and curtains need update. Adjoining door to room next door needs insulation or better fit as it was very noisy when other guests were talking. Pool was murky and not a good asset visually. Just an off season cover may have helped. 」

「The staff was courteous and reasonable. The room was clean with sufficient toweling. Minimum room amenities: one small wrapped soap and package of tissue instead of 3 soaps and boxes of tissue in the room. Heat was adjustable and adequately responsive to change. No loud noises from the area.」

「I want to say the staff at Douglas Inn and Suites was amazing. We accidentally left a full duffle bag with shoes a phone clothes and money in it. We didnt realize til we got home to Michigan. We are so appreciative to the guest who turned it in and the staff that mailed it!! Thank you so much!! Will be forever grateful!!」
