「Maybe because I am tech-disadvantaged or because I was already stressed, I had issues checking in, but once I got a live person on the phone, she walked me through it and was the most kind and patient person at a moment that I needed that in my life. I was in town to visit my dying father in Hospice and my mother in ICU. The one good thing was the lady on the other line not making me feel stupid, nor was she rude at anytime. It may have been a small thing to her, but it was a huge thing to me....

「The hotel is in a perfect location downtown for access to the park. Breakfast was decent, but we have had better breakfasts at other Embassy Suites. It was scorching hot outside, so we really enjoyed the pool. Staff failed to replenish towels as needed and housekeeping was slow, so there may have been a staff shortage. Overall, though, it was a nice stay.」

「Cute, comfortable, cozy, clean and so close to Main St, stores, trail, great restaurants and beautiful Reedy Falls Bridge and park. Just a great place with everything fresh for bfast and snacks. We loved the Swamp Rabbit Inn!」
