I want my money back!

The hotel is closed. I want my money back! We arrived and waited 20 minutes for a shuttle only to have people come up and tell us it was permanently closed! We had to get help finding another place to stay at 1am!

Hotel permanently closed

This hotel was closed, but we were not notified in advance. I spent an hour online with hotels.com who informed me we would not be charged, but did not listen when I informed them that the hotel was closed permanently. I hope that you are informed about the closure if you have already booked.

The property was closing and the parking situation was not explained to us. Therefore there were no shuttles to take us from the airport to the parking spot at the hotel We had to walk with our heavy luggage to our parked car. I think someone should have told I is about this hotel closing before ww got there. We would have went elsewhere.

About the only thing we liked about this stay was the proximity to the airport and the front desk staff. The beds were uncomfortable, there was no coffee or tea in the room, ice was only available in the lobby. Breakfast choices were very few and very expensive, you are better off having breakfast in the airport (less expensive and better selection). If you want a beverage from the bar, expect to pay nearly $10 for a beer. I didn't dare ask for an actual cocktail.

Stayed here to be close to airport. Property is very convenient to airport and soundproof to not have any airport noise. Property is very dated vs. the nice condition when we stayed here 6 year ago. Rooms look like they hadn't been touched since. Duvet cover had large brown stains when pulled back, alarm clock was supposed to be the USB outlets but USB outlets were broken. No other USB outlets in room as advertised. Also no coffee makers in room as advertised. Bathroom did not have exhaust fan, became an issue when my husband and I were trying to get ready while the other person was in the shower. Ended up doing hair and makeup and him shaving in poor lighting to at least have a mirror. On the upside the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Some of the best hotel staff I have had in recent history. They took every concern seriously and worked to fix issues quickly.

Issue regarding rain pouring inside room at window during thunderstorm was not resolved properly by employees. When issue was addressed at front desk at checkout, very rude employee mishandled the incident and spoke to guest (me) in an unacceptable tone.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. But no fridge and no internet in the room… What on earth??? Still, it was a relaxed night before our flights.
