N y allez pas c est très brouillant et le quarier

Alors que les deux chambres que j avais réservé m avaient bien été débités ,l ors de m on arrivé nous avions su une seul chambre de réserve,l hôte nous a laissé nous débrouiller avec la hot Line d Hotel.com et je n ai su joindre personne puis une autre personne de l hôtel a bien vous prendre la responsabilité et nous a donné une chambre.

Très bon hotel dans l'ensemble. Dommage qu'il n' y est pas au minimum une bouteille d'eau comme cadeau de bienvenue. L'oreiller n'est pas très confortable mais le reste rien à dire.

J'y reviendrais dès que j'en aurais l'occasion.

La belle surprise quand tu réserves en ligne une chambre d'hôtel pour ton anniversaire de mariage et que tu demandes si c'est possible d'avoir une petite attention pour l'occasion. Le résultat a vraiment dépassé mes attentes ! Chambre surclassée, petit cocktail, serviette en forme de cygne, des fleurs sur le lit et même dans la baignoire. C'est allé au delà de ce que j'attendais vu qu'ils n'étaient pas obligé de répondre à ma requête d'une simple petite attention. <3 Le petit bémol pour cet hôtel, beau, propre, bien décoré, moderne avec des chambres confortables qui ont en plus une magnifique vue sur la cathédrale de Clermont-Ferrand et sur le Puy-de-dôme, c'est l'espace petit déjeuner. Il manque un peu d'intimité (grande table ou des comptoirs), la nourriture bien qu'assez classique est correct (mais compris dans le prix de la chambre) il y en a pour tout les goûts. Le détail qui m'a par contre fait un peu tiquer, c'est le manque de propreté des plateaux et de la vaisselle car ça collait un peu et il avait des miettes de viennoiseries (assiettes bol, et plateaux ayant servit ?). Mais mis à part ces petits détails, le petit déjeuner a été convenable. Franchement, cet hôtel est à recommander pour tout ses points (même malgré le petit bémol), En plus, il est très bien situé à 2 pas (sans exagérer) de la gare sncf, à 2 pas des bus, et à proximité du tram et du stade Marcel Michelin (pour les amateurs de rugby). N'oublions pas le personnel, polis, serviable et disponible. :)

Fine place to stay

Honestly, couldn't find any problem from this place. The workers at the reception were very nice both when I arrived and left, the room was simple and clean. I was satisfied about the breakfast too. Several types of bread, hams, toaster and egg boiler, coffee machines and all. I can't say that this place was super amazing or unbelievably memorable or so, but it was just good enough to stay and rest for the travel the next day. The best part would have been that it was very close to the station. After long travel, it would be nice to stay at a place where it's close and easy to find. Aucun problème n'a été trouvé. Simple et sympa. Très accessible a pied.

Great location for a business traveler

2 minute walk to the railway station. 12 minute drive to the airport. About a 10 minute walk and you're into the historic "old town". Get a room facing the city and you also get a beautiful sunset behind the mountains. I was in 605 and had a great view all the way to the Cathedral and beyond.

Hotel en travaux en cours de réhabilitation. Les chambres sont moyennement nettoyées après le passage des ouvriers,c'est poussiéreux... bref, un hotel en chantier. Le RDC a lui était refait, la salle du petit dej est agréable et le petit dej simple mais copieux.
