Little gem in the city

I liked the simple and still well equipped spaces of the little Hotel close to city centre and extended my stay. Great value for money with excellent service. I also enjoyed the great breakfast. Can recommend!

Il y avait des punaises ds ma chambre. La gérante a été très réactive, m'a trouvé un autre hôtel et ma chambre a été isolée pour être traitée.

Het was redelijk goed te belopen naar het centrum rond de zwarte kathedraal. Minimale ruimte om te parkeren achter het hotel. Had vooraf gereserveerd moeten worden, wat niet op de site vermeld stond. Vervolgens betaald moeten parkeren aan de straat. Personeel was niet allemaal vriendelijk. Uitleg over de sleutelkaart was te veel moeite en even meelopen voor uitleg ook: gezucht en geírriteerde blik... Bedden waren op zich oké. Ontbijt was wel goed!

Très bien accueillis et même guidés par téléphone pour nous retrouver dans la ville. Hôtesse d'accueil sans reproche, souriante, sympathique, serviable, attentionnée, compétente, bref, félicitations et surtout encore merci. Chambre avec coin toilettes, certes pas très grand, mais le tout bien propre et suffisant pour un couple. Un grand placard, une table, une chaise, une télé, un lit confortable, le tout dans le calme. Nous avons bien apprécié. Une place de parking dans l'hôtel mais il faut penser à la réserver car c'est limité, sinon des places dans les rues (mais payant en général), ou autres grands parkings aux alentours. Bon petit déjeuner, classique mais avec des choix quand même. Sommes très contents du rapport qualité/prix. Toute notre sympathie. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir et surtout vos coordonnées. Bonne fêtes de fin d'année. .

Bien situé et prix imbattable

Sejour d'une nuit en étape par Clermont-Ferrand. Pour le prix la chambre est bien, très bonne double insonorisation sur la fenetre de la rue car elle est passante en voitures et il y a des bars en bas. La personne de l'accueil etait courtoise et professionnelle. Petit-déjeuner ok mais manque de salé. Petit bémol : fuite d'eau au niveau des toilettes, pas gênant pour une nuit, nous l'avons signalé en partant. Avantage : L'ascenseur, quand on a une chambre au 3ème étage! De plus, nous avons trouvé facilement une place où nous garer dans la rue, gratuite pour la nuit.

Il y avait une odeur dans la chambre de peinture recente ou similaire qui etait un peu perturbante. Mis a part cela la chambre etait très correcte, le personnel était vraiment top et la localisation parfaite pour un acces rapide au centre ville. Bon rapport qualité prix !

hôtel à 2 pas du centre ville - donc, j'ai stationné ma voiture au garage de l’hôtel pour les 3 jours de mon séjour - accueil agréable durant le séjour - chambre d'un bon qualité/prix - petit dèj = RAS Si je reviens à Clermont, je prendrai le même hotel

Insonorisation nul, et petit dej nul

Chambre correct accueil aussi pas de place parking gratuite... nul, sonorisation affreuses j'attendais ronfler mon voisin, et le matin la tuyauterie alentour grincer fortement, dommage, et petit déjeuner inutile, pour le prix sortez faire un petit dej dehors
