avoid avoid avoid this is a scam

I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely shocking condition. Door all broken and filled with poly filler, the property was damp, boiler wasn’t working so no heating or hot water. The electric fire didn’t work so we had to use the oven to try keep the young children warm. Bins full on arrival, beds still from previous occupants, dirty wet towels thrown in bedrooms. No answer or reply from any of the numbers given. Hotels.com couldn’t get any answer from them either. We left first thing after an absolute freezing damp night there due to it being late and nowhere else to go. Wouldn’t even let a dog stay there
