「Unfortunately our booked apartment accommodation was unavailable due to a gas leak. However, we were moved to a nice double room and given free breakfast to make up for this. We were also offered 50 % of dinner but the available dining slots were extremely limited so couldn't use that. It was a very comfy hotel, with a great shower, a pleasant mile walk to Keswick. I'd definitely stay again」

「Accommodation was fantastic - location brilliant, tasteful inclusions and the very cleverly themed decors. Parking arrangement was and remains unclear - when we booked showed one space per apartment. Never got an answer. Ended up parking across the road for £21. Wonderful experience but paid parking was a criteria for our accommodation selection. 」
